When applying for a property to rent the following charges will apply:

Check-out
If an independent inventory clerk is appointed to carry out a full inventory/statement of condition of the property, contents, fixtures/fittings and garden where applicable, tenants will be responsible for covering the cost of a full check out.

A security deposit is taken against damage, dilapidation or other breach of agreement and this is usually equal to one and a half month’s rent. We also ask for one month's rent in advance and an administration charge at this stage.
